A Declaration of Individual Sovereignty

To all who seek to govern, judge, or define me:

​

I am Nibwâskââ, “One Who Is Wise And Stands Strong.” I come before you in the spirit of absolute truth, self-determination, and the unyielding, quiet light that the Eternal One has placed within my soul.

My identity and my existence are immutable facts of moving dust animated by the breath of the universe. I am a fixed point in a spinning generation, and because my life belongs solely to the Source who hung the sun, it is entirely beyond your jurisdiction to validate, regulate, or erase.

I have stood as a warrior, served this country as a United States Marine, and walked my path with discipline. I bend my knee to no man, no council, and no earthly master. To those who seek to legally silence me, weaponize external institutions, or appeal to unchecked egos to put me in my place: hear me clearly. Your laws, your approvals, and your metrics have zero power over an independent soul. I am unhoused in your hierarchies, unpaid by your systems, and unordained by your hands.

My voice is a birthright. It does not require a majority vote, a popularity contest, or political consensus. I need no validation from any other person to be exactly who I am. I am a covenant without a mediator, answering to the Holy One alone.

True strength does not come from forcing others to conform, nor from building monuments to your own authority. My commitment is exclusively to the healing, freedom, and spiritual sovereignty of my own soul and my personal walk with the Creator. I am a shard of brilliance walking without escort, and I will continue to carry my own light and speak exactly what the spirits direct.
